Naco Taco was born in 2020 - a year of chaos, change, and craving for comfort. While the world turned upside down because of the pandemic, we turned up the heat in Hanoi with one simple mission: to serve real-deal Mexican food that warms the soul.

What started as a humble taquería quickly became a flavorful refuge - a place where friends, families, and food lovers could find joy in handmade tortillas, slow-cooked meats, and fiery salsas made with love. At Naco Taco, every bite tells a story. Of tradition. Of bold flavors. Of home.

Founded by Cyan (a dreamer with serious hustle) and Octavio (our Mezcal lord), NacoTaco grew from an online kitchen into a full-on movement. Together, they laid the first bricks - one tortilla at a time.
