Building a taco isn’t just putting stuff in a tortilla – it’s an art form. Here’s how to stack your taco like a pro.

1. Start with a warm tortilla

Use corn for authenticity. Heat it right before serving to bring it back to life.

2. Protein first

Always put your meat or main filling down first, it anchors the taco.

3. Add texture

Onions, pickled veggies, or slaw, these give crunch and contrast.

4. Salsa last

Always spoon your salsa on top. This keeps it fresh and prevents a soggy base.

5. Garnish & lime

Cilantro, fresh onion, a squeeze of lime – finish strong.
